Scholar Testimonials
Public-health work challenges me to find innovative, workable solutions, and my time in the Ladder to Leadership program has shown me that I’m up to the challenge. It’s made me more introspective—I’m discovering what I bring to the table, and am finding common ground with a wide range of community partners. This isn’t only making me a more mindful leader; it’s also affecting the ways that I "show up" as a father, spouse and friend. It’s not going too far to say that Ladder to Leadership has been a life-changing experience for me.
