Scholar Testimonials
One of the most significant benefits to participating in the Ladder to Leadership program is the increased insight I’ve gained into my own and other individuals’ leadership and personality styles. I have a deeper understanding of how variations in communication and organizational perspectives can impact the success or failure of a project. More importantly, I can recognize and navigate the potential pitfalls associated with these differences in style. I am extremely grateful to the Ladder to Leadership program; it has profoundly impacted the way I think and approach collaborations with my co-workers and colleagues.
