Scholar Testimonials
Participating in Ladder to Leadership has been an extraordinary experience. I’m much more confident in my conflict-management and decision-making skills; and my network of community partners has expanded tremendously. The impact has spread to my supervisory staff, to other leaders within my organization, and to my community. In my native language I want to say Yaw^ Ko (yaw-uh-go)—which means ‘a big thank you’—to the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation for providing me with this pivotal leadership experience.
